About Nick

Nicholas Jakubco currently is a Managing Partner at the Law Firm of Jakubco Richards and Jakubco PC located on the Near North Side of City of Chicago.  He is a lifelong Chicagoan residing in the City and is deeply entrenched in the City’s real estate industry knowing the pulse of the market through his extensive contacts with many industry leaders throughout the spectrum of professional service providers within the Chicagoland real estate market.  He is a long standing Member of the Illinois State Bar Association and takes pride in serving the needs of small to middle size clientele whom he believes in many cases feel overwhelmed when trying to navigate their legal needs and requirements throughout their day to day lives on fixed budgets. 

Experience

Nicholas Jakubco has provided extensive legal counsel in broad spectrum of practice areas and has assisted his clients in the closing of over 5,750 Real Estate Transactions throughout his career over a broad classification of property types.  He firmly believes that no two clients’ legal needs and requirements are ever the same and each client’s goals throughout their representation are unique to that client. A core working tenet of his practice is that every client deserves respect and attentiveness in their matters with constant client contact and response a paramount value he has built over the years.  Nicholas Jakubco accomplishes all of the above examples while continuously maintaining very reasonable fees for his services.  It has been his standard practice throughout his career that all Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedic and First Responder clients receive discounted legal fees as Nicholas Jakubco’s personal “Thank You” for their service to our Country and Citizenry.

Education

Nicholas Jakubco graduated from Miami University with a degree in Finance in 1997 and graduated from The University of Illinois Chicago School Of Law in 2002.
